Healthy Alternative to Potato Chips!

Kale Chips are a great, fun and crispy alternative to Potato Chips.

…and most importantly, HEALTHY!

KALE CHIPS

Ingredients

-1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried
-2 tbsp olive oil
-Sea salt

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 275F.

2. Cut out the leafy parts from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

3. Lay leaves on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt.

4. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes (check often to avoid overcooking).

5. Serve as finger food.
