Superfood Pudding Recipe

 (makes 3 servings)

It’ll take you 5 minutes and will be worlds better than the packaged Jello junk that’s full of sugar and chemicals.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk beverage (can use any milk like almond, soy, etc)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (heat it up a bit so it dissolves easily)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (or almond)

Optional: cocoa powder, cinnamon, other spices to your heart’s desire!

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well with a spoon
  • Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour to thicken
  • Stir and enjoy!
