I’ve been making my “Blondies Have More Fun” recipe from my Heavenly Recipes Guide a lot lately. The base is generally the same – I use a can of navy beans – but I’ve been putting in different ingredients, depending on what’s in my pantry. The great thing about this recipe is that it always turns out. I’ve put in bananas, hemp hearts, and chia seeds, all in varying quantities, and the texture seems to hold up and the taste is similar (or better) than the original recipe.
I always get requests for gluten-free desserts, so I’m going to share with you my latest version of these blondies, which is gluten-free and of course all healthy!
